Emotional Wellbeing Service

Mental Health Support Coordinators offer up to six, 1:1 sessions to support you with your emotional wellbeing. Sessions will include personalised support plans for you to work through your individual goals, grounding techniques, coping skills and techniques and signposting for further mental health support.

Please contact your GP practice who can refer you into the service.

Children and Young Person's service

This service supports Children and Young People (CYP) and their families with mental health concerns at an earlier stage, helping them to navigate the system, and therefore prevent mental health conditions from escalating.

A social prescriber will work holistically with CYPs and families, providing coaching to improve wellbeing, and a CYP social prescriber who will carry out goal-based planning and refer to peer groups, sport clubs and art groups where suitable. Currently working with CYP aged 4+.
